Can I already book a stay? Has EALA opened yet?

You can reserve a stay at EALA even though the hotel has not yet officially opened up. The Grand Opening is estimated on Friday, April 30th 2021 and EALA will remain open until Tuesday, 18th of January 2022.

Where can I check rates, availability and eventually reserve a room?

The “BOOKING” button on our website or the following link gives you the opportunity to check out the availability and the possibility to eventually book a stay, in just a few clicks.

Why is better to book through our website or calling our booking department?

Because you will find the best rates. Our special offers are visible and bookable exclusively on our official website; moreover, for all your requests, our reservations office will be at your complete disposal to advise you the best possible way and help you to plan your stay in every single detail.

How can I get a non-binding request?

By either click on the “FAST REQUEST” button or by sending an email at:booking@ealalakegarda.com. Our Booking Office remains at your complete disposal by phone at+39 0365954613 too.

Are there specific reasons for different rates for the same room in the same period of time?

We have dynamic rates which means that the prices can vary due to different factors such as availability, dates and length of your stay for instance.

Does one room offer enough space for more than 2 people in case I might book for more people?

Our Junior Suites and Suites are meant for 2 people only. We recommend you to book an additional room, we will do our outmost to assign adjacent rooms possibly.

Do you have triple, adjacent and family rooms?

EALA offers Junior Suites and Suites for maximum 2 people and the rooms are not adjoining. The hotel is adults friendly starting from the age of 16 years in order to grant peace, quiet and serenity for everyone. This is why we do not have any family rooms at EALA.

Have you got baby cots or can an additional small bed be organized?

Since our hotel is adults friendly from 16 years and up, we do not have any additional beds or baby cots available.

Which services are included in the room rate?

All rates are inclusive of VAT, Buffet Breakfast, Wì-Fì, outdoor parking space, admission to the EALA Luxury SPA, use of the fitness room as well as access to the open air pool and the beach. The rooms offer a safe with inside power outlet, a SPA kit with bathrobe and slipper, an Illy coffee machine with coffee for free and a bottle of water which will be replaced every evening. EALA has a shuttle bus free of any charge (to be booked in advance and subject to availability) to the city center of Limone sul Garda.

Which services on the other hand are not included in the room rate?

Excluded from the room rate are the City Tax, any consumption from the minibar, any treatments and/or massages from EALA Luxury SPA and all other consumptions from bars and restaurants of EALA (if not mentioned otherwise in one of our special offers).

Is there a City Tax to be paid?

The town of Limone sul Garda has set the City Tax at € 2,00 per person per day which needs to be added to the room rate. The City Tax will be paid at Check-Out stage at the hotel and is listed separately on the receipt/invoice.

In case of a cancellation or of a no-show how much do the penalties amount?

While booking, please click on the “rates conditions” to get to the cancellation policy or have a look at the confirmation of your reservation. The cancellation policy will apply in any case even if the cancelled room would eventually be allocated to another guest.

Do the pictures on your website correspond to what I will find on spot?

The photos of the different room types are approximate. Within the same room type there might be some differences due to position, size, internal subdivision and furniture for instance.

Is it possible to ask for a specific room number or floor during the booking process?

Every special request and wish will be taken care of by the Booking Office and if possible confirmed with no guarantee though.

What about meals, do you offer half board of full board?

EALA offers mainly Bed and Breakfast with the possibility of adding dinners. Instead of a classic Half Board menu we have decided for an A’ la carte menu instead which changes constantly; this is meant to have the chance to choose from different dishes daily. Some of the special packages might though include some dinners where the menu is already fixed.

I own a prepaid credit card, can I book with it?

Prepaid credit cards are only accepted if the credit cards covers the total amount of the stay. Your reservation might not be accepted if the prepaid credit card is not valid or not enough funds are on it.

Do you accept all credit cards?

Following credit cards are accepted: MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VPay, Diners and American Express. Please note that we might ask for a pre-authorization of the given credit card at any time.

I do not have a credit card, can I pay by bank transfer?

Payments by bank transfer are accepted for bookings with "non-refundable" rates and for packages if booked 7 days before arrival. For last minute reservations please contact the booking office at +39 0365954613.

Is it possible to pay my stay cash on spot or with an Atm card?

Some of our offers foresee a payment on spot. Nevertheless, a credit card at booking stage is requested as a guarantee of your reservation (a pre-authorization at any time might be asked). Four your information, the Italian Law sets the limit of cash payments to € 1'999,99 per physical person.

Does EALA have garages?

Our hotel has multi-storey garages. The service has a daily rate of € 10,00 in total for all guests booked in the Junior Suite Albus and in the Junior Suite Nemos. For guests booked in the Suite Alisa, Spa Suite Argantos and/or Royal Suite Awen, the service is free of charge. Your car will be parked and taken care of by the hotel employee.

Is it possible to book a table at the restaurants of EALA or a treatment at the SPA even if I am not staying overnight at the hotel?

EALA is open for anyone, also for the ones who do not overnight at the hotel. A booking is requested for the restaurants Alfio Ghezzi Bistrot and Fine Dining SENSO. With a limited number of access, it is as well possible to enter EALA Luxury SPA. Contact us at: info@ealalakegarda.com or by phone at +39 0365954613.

Do you accept dogs?

EALA welcomes small pets (max. 15 kg) for an additional fee of Euro 25.00 per day. The service includes a Dog kit with pillow, water bowls and food. We kindly remind that access to the breakfast room, the Fine Dining SENSO, EALA Luxury Spa and the private beach is forbidden for small four-legged guests. For service standards and out of respect for other guests, dogs over 15 kg are not allowed. You can enjoy your time with your pets, at the Bistrot, the Panorama Lounge Bar and at the terraced gardens of EALA.

I have an electric car, is it possible to recharge it directly at the hotel?

EALA is part of the Tesla and Porsche destination charger circuit. We provide free connectors to recharge any type of electric cars.
