From when can I book? Is the hotel already open?

You can book your stay right now. However, EALA is not yet open. The opening of EALA is confirmed for Friday 19 March 2021. Our hotel will remain open until Tuesday 18 January 2022.

Where can I check prices, availability and possibly make a reservation?

The "BOOKING" button on our site or the following link will give you the opportunity to check availability and allow you to book your room in a few simple clicks.

Why is better to book through our website or calling our booking department?

Because you will find the best rates. Our special offers are visible and bookable exclusively on our official website; moreover, for all your requests, our reservations office will be at your complete disposal to advise you the best possible way and help you to plan your stay in every single detail.

How can I request a quote?

You can use the "QUICK REQUEST" button or alternatively by writing directly to the following e-mail address: booking@ealalakegarda.com. Our reservations office remains at your complete disposal also by telephone at: +39 0365954613.

Why the rates for the same room and the same period could changed?

We work with dynamic price lists, this implies changes in rates based on various factors such as the availability of rooms in the structure, specific dates and length of stay.

If we book for more than two people, will it be possible to stay in one room?

All our rooms can accommodate up to a maximum of two people. In this case we recommend booking more rooms, we will try to assign you rooms that are as close as possible to each other.

Is it possible to book triple, connecting or family rooms?

EALA has Junior Suites and Suites that can accommodate up to a maximum of two guests and none of or rooms is interconnected. All rooms are aimed at adult guests, over the age of 16, who will find in EALA a haven of peace and tranquility. For this reason there are no family rooms.

Is it possible to add a small bed or a cot in the room?

As our hotel caters its services to adult guests over the age of 16, we do not have extra beds or children equipment.

What services are included in the room price?

All published prices include, VAT, breakfast buffet, Wi-Fi, outdoor parking, access to EALA Luxury Spa, use of the gym, outdoor pool and beach. In the room, the equipment includes a safe with internal plug, SPA kit with bathrobe and slippers, a free Illy coffee machine and a bottle of water per guest that will be replaced every evening on bedside. Our hotel provides a free shuttle bus service (upon reservation and subject to availability) to the town center of Limone sul Garda and Riva del Garda.

What services are not included in the room price?

The room price does not include the tourist tax, drinks from the minibar, treatments and massages at the EALA Luxury Spa and any extra drinks or food at internal bars and restaurants (unless specifically described in our special offer).

How much is the tourist tax?

The tourist tax is subject to the municipal regulation of Limone sul Garda. A fee of Euro 2.00 per day and per person is applied in addition to the daily rate. The tourist tax must be paid upon departure and will be shown on the receipt / invoice with a separate entry.

What are the penalties in case of cancellation or no-show?

You can consult the cancellation terms during the booking process by clicking on "rate conditions" or from your booking confirmation direclty. The cancellation conditions apply regardless of whether or not the canceled room is reassigned to other guests.

Are the pictures of the rooms on your site true or are renders?

All pictures illustrated are indicative. Within the same type / category, differences in position, size, internal subdivision and furnishings are possible. Take note the that no renders represents our rooms.

Can I request a specific room number or floor for my booking?

Every of your special request, is taken into consideration by our reservations office. However, we cannot guarantee that you will be assigned the requested room or floor.

Can I book a half board or full board stay?

Our hotel offers room service and breakfast basis. >For our food-offers we decided to arrange à la carte menu to the classic fixed menu in half board; this, to allow all our guests to enjoy a cuisine that is always new. Some special packages, however, may include one or more catering services.

Can I book with a prepaid card?

Prepaid cards are accepted only if the card covers the full amount of the stay. In case of an invalid card or an insufficient amount, the reservation may be rejected.

Do you accept all credit cards?

MasterCard, Maestro, VISA, VPay, Diners and American Express cards are accepted. We remind you that at any time we reserve the right to pre-authorize the indicated credit card.

I don't have a credit card, is it possible to pay by bank transfer?

In this case, is necessary to contact the reservations office by phone at +39 0365954613 or via email to: booking@ealalakegarda.com in order to process this request. Payments by bank transfer will be accepted only if made 15 days in advance of the arrival date and with full prepayment of the stay.

Is it possible to pay in cash or by debit card at the hotel?

Of course, we have tariff plans that allow payment in the structure. However, we still require a credit card as a guarantee which can be pre-authorized at any time. We remind you that Italian law decrees that the amount paid in cash must not exceed 2000.00 Euro per single guest.

Does EALA have a garage?

Our structure has a multi-level garage. The service has a daily cost of Euro 10.00 for all guests who booked the Junior Suite Albus and the Junior Suite Nemos. For guests staying in the Alisa Suite, Spa Suite Argantos and / or Royal Suite Awen, the service is free. Our staff will take care of parking your car regardless.

Is it possible to access the EALA restaurants and Spa as an external guest?

EALA also opens its doors to guests who are not staying at the property. By booking, you can access the Alfio Ghezzi Bistrot and Fine Dining SENSO restaurants. A limited number of accesses is also allowed at EALA Luxury Spa. Contact us at: info@ealalakegarda.com or by phone at +39 0365954613.
