Romantic getaway to Verona

Verona, the romantic hometown of Romeo and Juliet, can be reached in about an hour and a half from Limone sul Garda. In addition to the 16th century house of Juliet, which features ,a pretty balcony in the courtyard and the bronze statue of Juliet, Verona enchants with its giant arena from the 1st century A.D., where concerts and operas are regularly held.

Discovering the lagoon of Venice

The lagoon city was declared a UNESCO World Heritage Site in 1987 and is one of the most beautiful cities in the world. The capital of the Veneto region is located 210 kilometres from Limone sul Garda and has been built on over a hundred small islands. Among the most important cultural sights are St. Mark's Square with St. Mark's Basilica, the Doge's Palace, the Rialto Bridge, and the island of Murano.

Cultural visit to Trento

50 kilometres from our hotel in Limone on Lake Garda you’ll find the capital of the Trentino-South Tyrol region. During a day trip you can visit the Castello del Buonconsiglio with its Renaissance Palace, the Cathedral with the square of the same name, the MUSE (an interactive nature museum), and the Palazzo Vescovile, the former residence of the prince-bishops.

The world’s capital of fashion and design is located 170 kilometres from Limone sul Garda and is not only very popular with fashion lovers. Among the most important monuments are the Gothic Milan Cathedral, the Galleria Vittorio Emanuele II, the Teatro alla Scala, the Castello Sforzesco, and the Pinacoteca di Brera with numerous works of art by Tiziano and Caravaggio, among others.
